Went there for a birthday lunch on a Saturday. The place was packed by 12:30, and the service was still good. We ordered the Seafood platter between three of us and it was amazing- more than enough food, with very fresh and tasty seafood with minimal deep frying. The best we have ever eaten. You need to book as it is very popular.

A must in your to-do list.Nicely ambiented with a modern style with really good views of the lake.Food is delicious, delicate dishes with great flavours, cake's a must.Very good drinks.Service is 5 stars, really friendly and respectful staff.Would definitely return.

Absolutely loved this restaurant. Great food, great service, great value meals and a wonderful view! This was our first visit, but we will definitely be back.

Could not fault them on anything. $28 main & desert or glass of wine or beer or coffee. We had a table of 7 and absolutely no complaints. The options were great and extremely generous. I could not recommend Brown Sugar more highly.

Always an amazing meal at Brown Sugar.Beautiful location overlooking the lake through the wall of glass the dining room is focused on. Felt a little out of place with the older clientele, but clearly they know where the best places to eat are.We had the confit duck Maryland which was divine and a perfect match with the recommended wine.A little on the pricey side (main, entree and glass of wine probly set you back around $70) but well worth it as a special occasion or as a couple's gift for a birthday or Christmas.Highly recommend it!

Excellent food!! We had the oysters and grilled Octopus entrees and they were delicious and fresh. The mains were all hot, tasty and cooked perfectly. Staff were very friendly and the local ipa from maltnhops was really good!! Desserts were amazing as well. We will definitely be back!

Well we finally made it to this restaurant after I was not able to make it there in December 2022 due to serious health complications. I must must say we loved the service and the food was outstanding. To all of the staff a job well done tables service was the best I’ve had for a while keep up the good work. To the chef absolutely delicious flavours were right up there and well presented food. I would definitely recommend this place for an exceptional meal.

What a place with scrumptious food and gorgeous view! Tks to the friendly & efficient staff as well. You hv to book it in advanced as it’s a very popular place for friends gathering. But the mango and passion fruit cake was a bit disappointed as there’s no mango & passion fruit taste at all. Anyway we will definitely go back again!!
