Raymond and his team really impressed me. They were punctual, professional, thorough, polite, uniformed, trustworthy (I left them in the house unsupervised all day), and went above and beyond what I asked them to do, even fixing my broken desk! I asked for a deep clean after the 2022 floods/severe weather in which my whole house had started growing mould. They had professional equipment to clean my upholstery and cot mattress. They were strong men and were able to clean behind heavy furniture like my fridge, couch and drawers. They cleaned my windows, fly screens, skirting boards, aircon vents, ceiling fans, walls, wooden furniture, and got all the grime out of my bathrooms. As a busy, pregnant mum working full-time, I can't thank them enough for helping me. I will be using Dun Rite again!

Honestly this business was so great. Really reasonable price and excellent job in a timely manner. They also were able to organise walls to be fixed and painted. I had no faith that I would receive the bond back but now I know I will because of the excellent job these guys did. Couldn’t recommend them enough! They saved the day for me and my lil family!

Quite possibly the most unprofessional service I have ever used. I booked in for a bond clean on Tuesday for 2pm for a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. At 2:30pm the cleaner arrived only after contacting the company, with no apology or reason for why they were late. I gave them the keys, asked them to leave them in the kitchen drawer when they were done and left. At 7pm I received an email with very blurry photo evidence saying the clean was complete. The following day my real estate agent went into do the exit report and had to inform me not only was the clean not done, but the keys were not left in the apartment and NO ONE in the company could tell me where they were. After many calls and texts the cleaner responded to me saying they left as their vacuum broke (which is unfortunate and would have been understandable if I was told about it) and they would come back tomorrow at 8pm to finish it. Bare in mind tomorrow is now Thursday. At 1:30pm on Thursday after many calls to ask for an update I was told the apartment was ready and clean. When I got there I inspected the property and such a half arsed attempt at cleaning it had been made. I asked them to re-mop and clean the balcony and after a huff and a few minutes it was done. I didn't even have time to re-inspect it before the cleaners were off, in their cars and driving away. I decided I wouldn't bother making a fuss as I knew they would have to come back to re-clean it anyway.The following day the exit report was done (meaning a predicted 5 hour clean has now taken 3days costing me not only the cleaning money but close to $150 in extra rent waiting for them to finish. As predicted the exit report was filled with bits they missed. Earlier today (now Monday) I received an email saying the company couldn't perform the re-clean as the cleaner was suffering from health issues. Yes that sucks, but I saw 5 seperate cleaners over the course of the three day clean, surely one of them was still working.So now I am stuck having to find new cleaners to perform a job that should have been done last Tuesday. While having to pay at minimum an extra weeks rent to cover this company's mistakes AND now I have to fork out the cost of a new cleaner.This is utterly ridiculous and has left me more than furious with the company.
