After a very frustrating situation with a privacy breach, the staff at Tuncurry Service NSW were lovely. I especially want to thank and single out Natalie for her amazing help as I had to get my license renewed several times. The compassion and patience I received from Natalie was undeniably helpful during such a stressful time.

I had a very unpleasant encounter with the person that pounces on you as soon as you walk in. She was adamant that I needed a Doctor to fill in my renewal form, even though I had a cover letter not requesting this. I showed her the letter and she said it wasn't very clear and that I had to have a Doctor complete the form. I tried explaining to her that my medical records are still on file and I didn't need a Doctor. She insisted she was right and dismissed me and went on to serve someone else. After my phone call to Head Office, who agreed with me, they contacted Tuncurry and I returned there a few days later. The lady behind the counter was very apologetic for the misunderstanding" and said they have all learnt from it! The nasty person on the floor kept her distance
