Living waters have been looking after my in laws for a few months now and their service has been unbelievable. They are professional, genuine, honest and trustworthy. We could not ask for anything more with the level of service they provide. Highly recommend them!!

My parents are with Living Waters and the level of service and care they provide is second to none. Won and his team treat my parents as their own with absolute respect, utmost care and patience. Won being a Registered Nurse adds that extra element of care, knowledge and experience that would be hard to find with other Aged Care Providers. My wife is with Living waters Aged Care directed by Won Choi. One reason we choose him was that he was very willing to personalise our services.The other reason was the simplicity of his joining contract, which was in stark contrast to the lengthy and highly complex versions we had got from other providers. I couldn't understand them.Now that we are receiving services from Won's company we are more than satisfied. In fact, I cannot speak too highly of him and his staff. Won stays in constant touch and visits often. He treats us as a member of his own family.The fact that he is a registered nurse and available for medical advice is a huge plus.In addition, his staff are willing workers and very kind and attentive.My wife is Japanese and we both like the fact that Won, and his staff, are Korean with similar hard work ethics to Japanese. They take their jobs seriously, unlike some other care workers from different agencies we have used. I know that I can go out for some respite with the knowledge that my wife will be well cared for.Won, and his staff, have helped us in so many ways, and we will be with them for the long-term for sure.In summary: Won has provided us with a level of care that is excellent, and I highly recommend him to you and know you will get the best possible care.
