Nice store but some staff need more customer service training

I visited your Robina store today, got a 'hey' when I walked in.Got ignored for the remainder of the time I was there, it wasn't at all busy and I was actually looking for advice. Hung around for at least 15 mins and walked out. You lost a sale BB&T and someone working in customer service, you should be ashamed

This is a great store in the Robina Town centre, you could spend a fortune here. They sell lovely giftware, linen and towels. It's the perfect 'go-to' store if you are buying wedding, house warming or any occasion gifts. They often have sales with decent price reductions and specials. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.Served by Laura this morning. Absolutely NO customer service/warmth at all. Threw wrapping paper around the gift and slammed it into a bag. Zero verbal communication except for the absolute essentials - how was I going to pay mastercard or Eftpos?" That was it!! OMG - talk about just take the money and get out - this was awful. So very sorry for interrupting your morning darling. I have employed a lot of staff during my time and this attitude would not be tolerated. So detrimental to the business.This woman should definitely not be in the customer service industry at all - at the very least give her some basic training. Her manner is extremely damaging for the store and does nothing to entice you to shop further or increase sales. Can't understand why she is there or why she is allowed to carry on being employed.Thank goodness not all Bed Bath N' Table stores employ people like this."

Friendly, helpful staff. Great specials on sheets, blankets, quilt covers, cushions, homewares. Something for everyone when it comes to home comfort.

Rudest staff member in this store. Bad attitude, snarky comments when i asked a simple question about a product. I feel sorry for anyone who shops here & has to deal with her.

Good selection, heaps of Christmas decorations and friendly staff.

Jamie at the Robina town centre store was fantastic!! Rang around other shops to try and find a specific bath mat my mum was looking for and was so helpful!! Thanks again!!
