Just not the same. I bought a packet of shredded wheatmeal. Definitely not a the same as the ones we had growing up. Thinner for a start. Why change the recipe .. oops forgot the almighty dollar comes first. Still made here is about I can say. At least I trust they are. Just read the other reviews .. pretty poor and obviously the top just don't care

Had a fantastic time at the Arnott’s biscuit factory tour! The workers were very friendly. Great goodies bag at the end! Hopefully another tour in the future for the people that missed out. Only thing I would say is at the entrance while everyone was lined up, it was extremely hot in the sun waiting, everyone sort of scrambled to get under the shade. Fantastic though!

Discontinuing so many favourite lines and the old originals just don't taste the same quality is lacking. After a lifetime of biscuits from Arnott's it's time to try the others or make our own. Sad times.

I tried getting an answer from arnott's about why they stopped the Anzac Biscuit Tin's with a response that it was no longer within their range. I thought 20 odd year's of fantastic Remembrance National deleted in one foul swoop. Also your new flat bread cracker's are a load of crock. They taste like an arnott's shape biscuit with rosmary and seasoning a dissappointment and not buying again. What's happened Arnott's, did an oversea's company buy you?

Arnott's Biscuits used to be a wholesome family staple. They have now been degraded to the point of absolute rubbish. Tiny biscuits with no substance. So very disappointing.

I bought a packet of crispbreads 3 were burnt and not complete ( the corners were burnt off). I complained sending photos etc, only after several emails and being dealt with as if I was some sort of liar, I was given a voucher that just covered the cost, no apology. Surely such a big company should have better quality control and customer service.
