They sold me 250sqm bamboo flooring and bamboo been faulty. My floor start separating everywhere upstairs, downstairs, every single room.When i call them to have look Yong come and say that is not they problem it is installers problem they didn't install properly wich is not true. Very unhappy with them. And all this happen 4 months after install.

Do not go anywhere else for flooring. This company is exceptional. They are exceptional because of their customer service, product selection, quality and supply. I have recently renovated and purchased flooring through The Flooring Guys. After seeing these samples, I knew this was the right flooring for us. The SPC Marri 8mm range is exceptional. The quality is outstanding and the finish is exactly what we wanted and expected. Most new floors tend to have a smell, which can be unpleasant, but these floors do not have that smell. I would probably attribute this to the natural cork backing and stone polymer composite material used to manufacture the floors. We initially asked Golden Elite many questions before purchasing, and they provided transparency and information that was vital for our decision making. Even after sales, they still reply to e-mails about certain details that aren’t related to future sales. They practice excellent customer service. I highly recommend purchasing their products, and dealing with the company if you are considering hybrid flooring for your home and renovation.
