Tim is great with repairs and does a wonderful job. Unfortunately the same can't be said regarding the customer service from one particular mature Female staff member. Very rude, terrible service. A know it all..

Great custom jewellers. Came with a black opal harder and crude drawing of what I wanted and it turned out amazing which shows just how skilled they are as opals are harder to set than diamonds can’t get them hot and their also far more delicate than diamonds. I’ve since gone back for the wedding bands too. All the jewellers in Perth just say go to facet when you request custom work even the big name jewellers.
