Eco NRG Heating, Cooling & Hot Water

Eco nrg have serviced our heating and cooling systems for two years now and have been great to deal with.

We have had great service over the years from Quality Gas and Air, who recently changed their name to Econrg. They nursed my old evaporative air con until it had a catastrophic failure 2 weeks ago. Last week they installed a new reverse cycle system for me. They also take care of my gas hot water and gas heating! Highly recommended!

We recently engaged Quality Gas and Air to replace our ducted gas heater and evaporative cooler with a ducted reverse-cycle A/C.Their service, workmanship and conduct of all who attended the installation was very friendly and professional. The installationwas completed in a timely manner and the work areas were clean. We were impressed by the post installation system brief and after sales service. Steven was very helpful in providing us with all the information we required to inform our decisionto proceed. I would happily recommend Quality Gas and Air.

Steve and his team were awesome. We wanted to swap out our existing gas ducted heating system for a reverse cycle system with vents through the floor and we wanted to keep our existing evaporative cooling system. Another company who quoted didn't even consider the floor option and sent us a quote which involved getting rid of the evap cooling. Steve carefully considered our needs and came up with a solution that works (who thought we'd still need heating in late November!). Due to their expertise, our large (and complex) installation was done in a day. Rooms have individual thermostats meaning our two 'cold' rooms are actually at nice temps. Even better - because all rooms are getting to the 'right' heat, we don't need to set the temperature as high as with our old gas system. Highly recommend using EcoNRG!

Steve and his team were very professional with their workmanship. The work that they did was flawless and up to an excellent standard. After having Steve and the team service my evaporative cooler and old gas heater, I got them in to replace everything with a new ducted reverse cycle system. The whole team were professional and courteous through the whole process got the job done in a day (easily!) New system is all zoned and controlled through the touch pad or phone app with sensors in each room which is pretty neat. Would highly recommend Steve and his team if you are looking at aircon, hot water heat pumps, gas, evaporative coolers.

Very happy with the work completed by the team at Eco NRG. They coordinated the build of a new wall and installation of our Real Flame gas heater and it looks fantastic.
