When you ask for a recommendation for a nice cake and strong coffee ☕ and get exactly that. Both were perfect and a good size.When staff ask if they can help after serving you and again after delivering the food and yet again when cleaning up. Sorry that is service with a smile.Remember this is a cafe serving a fast moving trade, so don't expect A1 restaurant. Hopefully the pictures give you a decent feel for the place

My mother and I went to get coffee and cake yesterday.We both have medical conditions where it’s very important we don’t have Caffeine.First the lady behind the counter couldn’t understand how to take a second order for the same table.I’m assuming who is the manager had to step in and fix it.She was very nice.When we got our coffees both my mother and I suspected it may have been caffeine instead of decaf like we asked but weren’t sure.We waited for our cakes for awhile until our support worker noticed they had been sitting on the bench for ages being ignored so she decided to just ask if they were ours and grab them.The women at the counter apparently told her they would get taken to our table (they were ours) but our support worker told her she was going to take them to our table because they had already been sitting there a long time.Turns out the Coffees were caffeinated as when my mother and I got home we both had reactions to it.Coffee causes me seizures.So I had a seizure.My mother had just had a medical procedure where it was very important for her heart not to have caffeine.It ended up making her very sick.I want to clarify I think (who I assume is the manger) did a good job but a lot of the other staff either didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t look at the order properly.

Table service was good, food ok, but time to get food after order was way too long(30+ minutes). It wasn't a super busy time either and there were a few free tables.

I ate here with my mother a month ago and by myself yesterday. Both times the food was nice but quite overpriced and service was slow and confused. Adding toast to a dish that should have toast included costs an extra $6.50 and if U add a few extras to a meal it easily gets to over $50- which is too much for a simple breakfast to cost. It is a busy walk-thru cafe with a high turnover, attached to a yummy cake and ice-cream service.

Great selection of ice cream and cakes sold and served here. Well made creamy coffee and tea here, too. Customer service is top-notch as the staff here are extremely courteous, polite, and very helpful. Definitely recommended and will be back soon.

Popped in here for a breakfast, and whilst the food was excellent, it was rather expensive. The prices on the menu were a bit high, but I didn't see the bit where they charge an extra $2.50 for sourdough bread. I guess that's just a reflection of how inflation is affecting our economy, not to mention all the other cost increases such as wages, rent, utilities, ingredients, etc. Whilst it was very enjoyable, I don't think I'll be ordering the same given it was over $30 for a breakfast.

I was very annoyed. After explaining in detail the meal I wanted & the order was repeated before I paid, I was delivered a meal that did not include all the ingredients. I paid $24 to get 2 pieces of toast, 2 eggs and 1 mushroom. I also got my small latte. The bacon I requested was not delivered. When I complained I did not receive any follow up.I recon I was ripped off & will not dine here ever again.

When I ordered my food it took 45 minutes to get it. the waiters excuse is one chef on. However, other customers got their food earlier. The waiter was far from sincere about the wait and nothing was done about it. Don’t waste your time and money coming here for lunch.

Food is generally good. Unfortunately it was busy when there and the order was slow then wrong. Have been here a few times and overall are pretty good.
