Fantastic Furniture Warehouse

Poor service. Broken stool.I've been a couple of times, both times I can't recall ever been greated or offered assistance, only when in line I was asked can I help you.I purchased some stools, and the guy was happy to take my cash payment. But must of all forgot about bringing them out in the loading zone from where he told me to wait.I parked my car unattended risking a fine, and had to come myself and collected the stools even though he told me he would bring them out...To make it worst the stools have already broken. The feet of them have caved in.Not only was the service unhelpful But the quality of the product was shocking. I would not recommend this company!

Really bad experience on two separate occasions unfortunately. Nice and pleasant shop staff but expect a very uncomfortable experience when you go to the warehouse to pick up your purchase. A brawny, thin older gent will take your receipt without really acknowledging you otherwise and then tell you you're foolish for expecting to fit your boxes in the car. We visited on Sunday July 17th. He didn't help, just stood there and said quite rudley that it won't fit. It took me and my mate only 2 minutes to put a small desk package into the boot of our Toyota with no issue. The man didn't like that we had succeeded either. Very unpleasant but otherwise a good shop. Just get these warehouse people sorted out guys!

Absolutely disgusted. Was meant to have over $4,000 worth of furniture delivered on Saturday, delivery driver decided to try to come earlier than agreed then said the next delivery day would be Tuesday. After multiple calls to customer service, being told I was going to receive and urgent call back first from the Customer Service team, never got one so was told I would get an urgent priority call from the manager... Its tuesday and I still have not received one phone call from anyone. Delivery was decided that it would be Monday, never turned up with no communication. Tuesday - still no communication and after calling them, apparently coming Wednesday now. 4 nights of sleeping on the floor in a new apartment, I will NEVER be shopping here again. Nor will anyone else I know be shopping here. Well done, you have lost thousands of $$$ worth of business.

I ordered a table two months ago, I was told it would arrive today. Today I contacted them and they told me that this would only arrive on September 21st. This is unacceptable and disrespectful to your customers. I should be at the office today because I have an important meeting, I stayed at home waiting for it. I do not recommend this store at all.

I received an email saying my item was ready to pick up from Moore Park then when we are on our way to collect and get a call saying we actually need to pick up from Alexandria. Then when we get there there is this misogynistic man who first gets us the wrong item and when I said it is wrong he doesn't appologise. And when we wanted to take the items to the car he wouldn't let my mum and I lift the items even though we own them and we are perfectly capable of lifting them ourselves. He also insisted the items wouldn't fit in the car even though we insisted we know the measurements of the car and the items. And it did fit. He then shoved one item towards my mum holding the item on the other side and crushed her hand between the item and the front passenger seat. Fantastic furniture you need to fire this man. He looks in his 50s and is white and slim.

Terrible customer service. I had to do multiple calls with multiple people to call about the delivering day. Had to call the warehouse, department and delivery person a-lot of time to arrange the date. Had to go a week without a bed at my new apartment, and when it's delivered, it's the wrong product!Bad customer service, multiple staff I was on call with couldn't even solve the problem and one even hang up mid-call!. Everyone said they will get back or call me back, but I got nothing.They can't even help out at all. Very bad wouldn't even give it a one star

Many years ago (1992ish) I purchased a lounge suite from Fantastic Furniture's first store. At this time, the product was not very good and you could not clean the suite as the dye would run.Fast forward to today and I can honestly say that I was happily surprised at the quality of the product on show. So happy that within the past three days I have purchased a (reduced price for floor stock) $99 low glass cabinet, 2 x $99 Geo 16 cube shelves (see picture) and a $899 Chicago 7 Piece Dining Set With Madison Chairs (see picture).I would happily recommend Fantastic Furniture to anyone looking to buy affordable quality furniture, plus, the staff are great!

Staff named Red was so helpful. He assisted me throughout where I can find a sofa bed that can be delivered straight away. He spent couple of times giving me some ideas if I do like those sofas. He is more than a helpful happy staff. If you are going to buy furnitures, you can look for him.

Big Thank you to Helena for all your help and assistance in locating a missing online order… your dedication and caring nature was muchly appreciated,I made several attempts to get in touch with the customer care Dept but was unsuccessful as it was impossible to get through to them…So I randomly called the Alexandria store & was lucky enough to speak with Helena who provided an excellent professional service and helped me solve my problem..
