There is one AMAZING junior staff, she is SO BEAUTIFUL and really kind and treats the customers AMAZINGLY. They also have beautiful gifts. :)

Absolutely appalling customer service. My daughter purchased a diffuser and once home we found that it was a faulty product and they won't refund me because they claim I have simply had a change of mind. The product was scratched - they sold my daughter the display model and the speaker is muffled. I never said I had a change of mind. I said I was trying to return a faulty product. They simply decided they didn't want to refund me. I am well within my rights legally to a full refund. AVOID this place at all costs. I am now taking this further and will be receiving my refund. I received this from them on their Facebook reviews page after I rated the business as 1 star:This was simply a change of mind, which we do not refund for. The product was not faulty, my staff were not rude, you just didn't like being told you couldn't get what you wanted! The fact that you had used the diffuser makes us unable to exchange it, I'm sorry you were not happy but we have policies clearly stated and we were simply following them.That right there says everything about this business. After I screenshot the Consumer Affairs refund policy and pointed out once again that I am legally entitled to a refund because 1 the item is scratched and 2 it is faulty they have deleted this off their Facebook page and turned off the reviews! Luckily I have screenshot everything.The diffuser was not used no oil or water was placed in the unit.

Visited the gift shop at riverside plaza.. was keen in getting some Christmas decorations that were displayed at the window. Unfortunately, the young sales girl probably thought it was too demeaning for her to serve a chinese family and was just utterly rude and careless. Truly disappointing experience.
