Amazing product! We bought the 2 month variety pack, which was great as we got to try all the flavors. They all taste great! Great value for money, it’s cheaper to be on the diet than off the diet. Highly recommended for anyone looking to shed a few kilos or even a lot of kilos. Very easy to stick to. Most convenient diet on the market! Thanks Dr Siegel!

I really enjoyed the cookie diet. Hardest thing for me is sticking to a diet, but this program is super easy to stick to as I just take my cookie bag with me and that takes care of all my meals till dinner. Because it's so easy to stick to, and they actually control my hunger I get results much quicker than on other diets where I fall off the wagan. Cookies taste great, I always get the 2 month variety pack so I get a mix of flavours. I also joined the CookieClub on FB which has 1000s of Aussies doing the diet and sharing their experience. This really helps as I ask questions and get answers from real customers. Always have great customer service, they really care and want you to achieve your goals. Always ready to go above and beyond to make look after me. Really recommend this for mums trying to lose their baby weight and don't have alot of time to prepare meals or work out daily.

I was surprised at how effective and easy this diet was. Great customer support, very helpful. Also the CookieClub group on Facebook was great to see other people’s experience, it’s a good community - really encouraging. Cookies taste great, curb hunger and helps take the out all thinking involved in being on a diet.

I have tried the One Month Variety Pack which gives you 4 flavours. Butterscotch and cinnamon were my favourites. It helps me a lot while Im a work and always craving for food. I highly recommend those to people that always eat between meals and that can put on weight easily. They really control your hunger!

I don’t usually leave reviews but for this I had to.Best thing about the cookie diet is the convenience. Just pop the cookies in my bag and I’m set for the day, don’t have to worry about planning meals, calorie counting, making up shakes, microwaving or refrigerating food. It’s fantastic! And better yet it actually works! The cookies taste great and keep me feeling full till my dinner meal, which is a very generous 500-700 calories. Highly recommend this for busy people looking to lose a few kilos without the hassle of planing, and you don’t even feel like you’re on a diet! Love all the flavours, I always buy the 2 month variety pack so I can have different flavours everyday, but my fave is Maple Pancakes!

Love this diet. Super easy. I lost 16kg in 14 weeks last year and went back on the cookie diet again 3 weeks ago and I've lost 5.5kg so far. Under $6 per day for breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and after dinner snack. Saving heaps on the weekly grocery shop by only buying dinners. Highly recommend
