Some people may be put off by the cramped conditions and presentation of the business. I found this comforting as I knew I wasn't dealing with a large franchise where profit counts more than service and all services are charged at a set rate. Dealt with Luke initially. Very friendly, welcoming and no pressure. My notebook was dealt with in a timely manner, price was extremely pleasing and again, treated with respect and genuine friendliness by Jai. I NEVER recommend any service or business to any friends or family because I value both. However, I will be more than happy to recommend this business to anyone.

Super friendly staff that know their Tech!Have purchased multiple things interacting with different staff each time with all of them going above and beyond.Highly recommend & surprised by the amount of smaller items like cables etc that I would used to have to get from further south of Gawler but every time have had what I have needed

I have used Tech Me numerous times for both iPhone and iPad repairs and not only do I love that they’re a local business, but I’ve also found them to consistently be super helpful, friendly, reliable, courteous, really fast with their repairs, and well priced compared to everyone else that I got quotes from. I definitely recommend these lovely hard working guys and am more than happy to provide a (well deserved) great review! AAA+++

Staff were polite, which gets one star. Was charged $60 to be told my hard drive would not power on half an hour after I dropped it off. I already knew that. No diagnostic was done to see if information could be salvaged. Worse still I was presented with a unit in pieces because the tech. was not sure I wanted it back together. Very keen to sell me something else. Not the first time of poor experience, but it is the last. Won't be a returning customer.
