I love coming here. They have a great range of SNS colours, they always do a great job of my nails. No rough bits, even coverage and great mail shaping. I’m always happy with my nails when I leave here :)

Absolutely love this place!!!!! Always super friendly!! My nails are always so perfect and last for weeks without any chipping or discolouring!! Tarena is amazing and so talented!!!! Definitely recommend- best in the business!!

Couldn’t rate i nail spa any higher than the best most professional nail place I’ve ever been to.My mum, daughter and myself make it our girls get together every 3 weeks or so.They can do any designs you want. Very clean and very professional, lovely friendly girls. Also very reasonably priced.

We ended up waiting 30 minutes even after they asked us to come back in 30 minutes.They also use electric mail file to remove polish from my nails which shouldn’t happen unless nails are fake, which mine weren’t. It damages nails.

Always go to inail spa and the ladies are lovely and really accomodating. Sometimes in peak hour (sat/sundays) it can be a bit of a wait but other than that they are great!! They do an awesome job too and really know what they’re doing. Nicest looking salon I’ve been too as well

I used to come here all the time, until yesterday.My Mum and I had a 9am appointment for acrylic nails. I was left soaking off in accentone for 1.45hrs because the nail technicians were busy attending to other clients and had basically forgotten about me. When I was finally attended to (after the nail technician who was supposed to be taking care of me, spent forever with another customer and then insisted on taking multiple photos of her nails for their social media), I explained that I was running late for an another appointment and had already been there soaking in accetone for almost 2hrs. She then panicked and rushed to finish my nails but ended up cutting me in multiple spots with a nail filer. The chrome on my thumb was bumpy and uneven and the reflective glitter I paid extra for starting falling off as soon as I left. The worst part was that night I ended up in terrible pain with red, swollen, burning and itchy hands. I went to my doctor the next morning as my skin was peeling like sunburn and they advised that I had received burns from soaking in such strong accetone for so long. I am now on medication and cream to prevent infection. When I sent these photos to the salon the next day and explained the situation, I was lied to saying the reason I soaked for so long was because they used special ‘extra strength’ powder for my nails. I explained they used the exact same jar for my Mum’s nails and hers are super short. They didn’t acknowledge my skin peeling and burns and instead insisted they ‘couldn’t see’ any from these pictures. They even went as far as to say the ‘checked the security cameras’ (apparently they have a million in these stores!) and saw exactly what time I washed my hands and how many $50 bills we paid with. A laughable joke. All they offered me was a quick fix of the chrome next Tuesday (I needed my nails for an event this weekend) and a touch up of the glitter. No real apologies for anything and basically called me a liar. Take a look for yourselves. I was in their salon for almost 3hrs from 9am on Tuesday and these pictures were taken at 3pm on Wednesday. Don’t waste $105 here.

This place use to be my go to salon! Unfortunately service and quality has gone down hillThe last two times I went to the salon my nails chipped and only lasted a week before falling offI usually spend around $95 on a design to for them to only last a week is ridiculousI have tried reaching out to the salon on multiple occasions and I get no responseWill not be recommending this company anymore

Absolutely the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. The nail techs are super talented and very lovely! I’m always happy with the results, and never disappointed.Highly recommend if you want extravagant designs or just basic colours!

Inail spa in Mentone is amazing. I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 15 years and have recently found this salon. The ladies are all friendly , the prices are reasonable and their work is great! I get acrylic with fun shellac designs and they always do such a great job!! They have SO MANY colour choices and always make me feel welcomed!
