Cate was so pleasant and informative during our visit today!She really knows the area and is able to suggest exactly what you need to see based on your physical abilities and mode of transport.She even knows where to find wombats in the wild.Thanks heaps Cate.

It's better to go here and talk to the staff before you go into snowy Mountain area k(unless you fully aware of the current conditions and equipped with all you need). Very friendly staff. They have given most upto date details about the road conditions, snowfall and what we should expect on the way. The day we went was really bad weather.. But it becomes easy as we knew what going to face before we leave Cooma. So we already prepared for it.

The most friendly and knowledgeable ladies helped us plan our long weekend in the snowy mountains and chatted to us about what to see in Cooma. The shop has some delightful books and souvenirs.
