My daughter has been training at Complete Self Defence for the past 6 and a half years. In this time we have seen our daughter go from a shy and timid child to become a young lady who has become outgoing, respects herself and her peers and teachers. The strength and self confidence that she has now is all thanks to the teachers at CSD Moorebank. CSD’s instructors are all Black Belts and each and every teacher always have the time to help the children and other adults learning the program. CSD teaches respect. Self discipline. As a student of many years, I can easily say that CSD is a professional place of learning, with quality equipment and trained instructors and other students always willing and happy to help. A great place to learn self defence. The school has also taken COVID-19 into consideration, and many precautions have been implemented.
