The Party Food Shop

Definitely would not recommend this company. Food was fine but the staff were dreadful! We paid $260 for 2 staff for 4 hours but after 2 hours Catherine advised people weren't eating enough so they were going home and wanted full payment! We had 70 teenagers and the whole point of finger food was to feed them over a 4 hour period not 2. There was still uncooked food in the fridge, and still is (which we had paid the company for). After a couple of discussions with the owner (Murray her father) she agreed to stay but barely cooked anything else, in fact I ended up putting on more food and serving it myself whilst she stood there watching. She was rude to other guests and clearly did not want to be working from the get go. Also she was eating the food as she cooked it - extremely unprofessional! We had used the company 3 years ago and had a positive experience with very professional wait staff who were dressed appropriately, this was not the case this time. I have spoken to the owner Murray again today to express my disappointment and he's done or said nothing to explain their poor service. Steer Clear!!!

I would definitley NOT recommend this place in ringwood. We paid for equipment that malfunctioned 2 hours into our party meaning food was slow to be served then because of equipment breaking down the caterer decided of his own accord to stop cooking food meaning left over food that we paid for. Their excuses were pathetic and they did not do the right thing by giving us a refund for equipment that didnt work on the night. Management just made excuses and ripped us off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS COMPANY!

Great range of food. Staff was very friendly and explained how to prepare everything. Was easy to pick everything up and all around a pleasant experiencePlanning another party soon and will definitely be using this company again

Great selection. Great value. Catered for a party for 50 for under $300. Covered lactose free, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free no trouble with lots of options.

My compliments to the Party Food Shop. Starting with friendly advice on choices of food to buy for my husband's 70th birthday party. Secondly to the lovely and very efficient Bronwyn who arrived early to setup and cooked and served the food. It made my task easier to enjoy our guests. Well done!
