I recently engaged Levan Design to create a Concept Plan for a property that I wanted to develop into multi-unit Townhouse site. Natasha Levan was able to achieve a design that met my criteria. From here she went on to create the Town Planning Drawings that were submitted to Council for approval.Once approval was obtained Natasha went on to draw the detailed Working Drawings for Construction. She liaised on my behalf with Engineers, Traffic Engineers and Waste Management firms as well as others as part of my Town Planning application process.I have always found Natasha to be professional, creative, knowledgable and very easy to work with.I would be please to recommend Levan Design to any person or development company that may require assistance with single or multi unit residential development. I will certainly continue to engage Natasha for future projects that I undertake.
