Disrespectful of how the staff dress up.There should be a proper uniform when you work. Wearing Crop tops for work. Shameful to see. Some one needs to look into it. Not very professional.

We are neighbours who have lived in a unit block directly in front of the Charingfield facility for several years. There is a woman who can be heard, at all hours of the day or night, screaming Help" and "Hey" for hours on end with no interruption. We've heard her at 4am on a Wednesday

Charingfield is a very respectable aged care facility the residents are treated with the greatest of respect their meals are excellent, nothing is a problem for any of the RN'S or staff. Excellent

Private rooms with own bathrooms are high quality. An elderly friend stayed there on respite break.
