As a fellow retail assistant who works for a wholesale business i am quite disappointed with my experience buying from this company. I bought a ring in november 2022 that i discovered soon after was faulty. Fast forward to december i returned the ring and asked for a store credit to purchase something within their store just from another brand. I was denied and told the ring has to be sent back to the manufacturer and deemed as faulty. Fast forward now to Feb it has been almost two months and i haven’t received my ring or any credit/refund. I went in store today and was told they still haven’t heard anything back from the manufacturer but still can’t return my money ($150 that i am out of pocket for). Silver shop if you could PLEASE REFUND OR CREDIT MY MONEY THAT I HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR THAT WOULD BE GREAT

Great customer service. They didn’t have the size I was after in stock but they placed an order for it to be made and express posted it out to me. Communication throughout the entire process was great and my husband loves his Tungsten Tywin ring.

My experiences are so up and down. The maroochydore branch have some very lovely girls that do a great job at what they do but there is also many stories from myself and others where staff are very rude and handle situations in an extremely immature manner.

Purchased earrings for my daughters Xmas present, we took them back as she didn’t like them and was told that we couldn’t exchange them as they showed signs of wear on the posts! She never even tried them on!! The girl Lili was rude and unhelpful - they sold me those earrings in that condition, I didn’t notice anything wrong with them… that is shocking policy and terrible service!

My daughter brought me a necklace for my birthday with her hard earned money. The necklace broke soon after I had wore it. Took it back it got repaired but yet it broke again. Went back very dissatisfied. Got told I would have to pay to get it fixed. Will never buy jewellery there again. Could understand if I was the one that broke it but it just snapped into pieces soon after it was repaired the first time. So I went to another jewellers who looked after me and had a warranty as well .

My kids bought earrings for me from the Silver Shop, however, I lost one so was looking to replace, online it showed that Maroochydore had them, but I was told at the store that their website was always wrong - she reluctantly went and looked out the back to see if there was any stock there, but there was none - I was offered alternatives, but honestly felt that she didn't care at all. I ordered items online when I got home and most of it was refunded because there was no actual stock - honestly I have only gone to this store/used their website once - I'd never go to this shop ever again - really poor service from both their instore and online staff.

Lovely customer service and a great range.I went in today to ask for help with a gift I had purchased from them 2 months ago that had become tarnished from sitting at customs in London.Kacey and Abbey were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to look after me.

Their exchange policy. A customer should be entitled to a full refund if they change their mind. Not just try something else once they have your money. Certainly will not be shopping there again.

I wish I could give this store a positive review, I really do. But after having to send nearly every item I have bought off for warranty issues, being misled and told conflicting stories about what is actually happening, and not receiving a single promised call back I've had enough.First I bought a pair of Krystle Knight earrings (which is what I'm currently having an issue with). I took them in for cleaning at which point the staff member commented that the sleepers don't match. I left them there that day (5 weeks ago) to have it fixed. I've confirmed myself with Krystle Knight that they only sell one size of sleepers so the mismatched earring is from something in store that must of been accidentally swapped.Over the last five weeks I was told multiple times that 'they are sitting at head office and will be back in tomorrow maybe' then now it has changed to 'Krystle Knight still has them' to today being told BOTH that 'head office has them right now we just need to open the package it's in' and 'Krystle Knight sent them back as they're mismatched and not theirs'.Every time I have spoken to someone I have been promised a call back that day or the next and not received anything. Today the manager decided to go home without calling me back as she promised to do. Which is the second time she has done so.I have also had issues with:A rose gold bracelet that had the plating worn off in a week after purchase: was stuffed around for three weeks before I finally found out had store credit as no one called me to let me know.I replaced it with a silver bracelet, which I paid to have sent off and have the extender chain shortened - which they wrote the wrong instructions down for twice (receipt says take the whole chain off, and what I wanted was to keep 1/3 of the length. They ended up only taking 1cm off), and the girl I originally paid to have it sent off with ended up fixing it in store herself weeks later as it still wasn't right.The only item I have not had some sort off issue with is a $15 pair of silver studs, which also happen to be by far the cheapest item I have bought. Everything else has cost me nearly $100.
