Young guy at cafe was extremely rude and appeared torally uninterested in providing customer service, ignoring waiting customers and then providing very clumsy service! VERY DISSATISFIED! This as at the cafe under Hortas, not sure if part of Cabana Club?

Lovely young humans served us promptly and politely. We waited a while for our food - and when it arrived the chips were cold which is disappointing. Lovely spot. 10% surcharge is understandable but a bit cheeky.

The guy on the beach that works here by the chairs below was very rude to my 16 year old who has autism and my child had a meltdown due to this. This man puts my child at major risk emotionally and physically. It costs nothing to be kind. I will not support this place. And they don’t do anything to rectify the situation.

I have been to the Cabana Club every year it has been open and being run by Hortas you think it will be great but the last 2 years have declined. I was just there and waited over half an hour for food (I could only see 5 other tables waiting for food) the salt n pepper squid was half like rubber, pulled pork sliders the meat was cold, chips were cold and the jalapeno poppers were crazy spicy with the sour cream so solid you couldn't dip. They are charging restaurant prices with a 10% public holiday surcharge without putting in the effort and its not good enough. $114 spent and lesson learnt we won't go there again. Oh and non stop Red Hot Chilli Peppers blaring in an afternoon wasn't a beach vibe!

Great place to enjoy a drink and food with a beautiful ocean view! We're in large group of people and the Portuguese owner was very friendly and made sure we had a great time. We'll definately come back next time in Adelaide!

Would not recommend this place to anyone.Arrived at the place went to order drinks and food and was told you can only order drinks from here Ok I thought I order a cocktail and a coffee nope can't do that was told only cocktails from here you have to pay for cocktails here then pay over at another till for drinks and food.Ok I thought a bit strange but Ok let's just order food!! So ordered my food was told only do small coffee not large? So ordered food and drink have the lady my name 30 minutes later no food or coffee!! Went to complain to staff about my order was told we are too busy that's why we haven't done you order yet ?! What a bunch of lies my food was given to the other table and the rest of the food was taken back to the kitchen because then she realised my food has been given to the wrong table.What is the point in asking for my name and then randomly handing out my food that I paid for without asking for there name omg how hard is it to have a table number or a numbering system.When my wife confronted the manager about what had happened was told it was a computer error and they had problems with this.Come on guys I ordered a coffee and and fish and chips with oysters it wasn't a large order there was not that many people there the staff was more interested in packing up to leave not to help with our problem of food ordering.So we left with no food and no credit card refund just a cash refund because they couldn't even do that right!!We made a big effort to get to you guys but was left completely let down by your lack of customer service.

Slow service, poor quality food, highly disorganised and has the cheek to charge a10% surcharge for a public holiday when they can't serve a handful of orders promptly. We waited over half an hour for three simple meals and the couple next to us were still waiting 45 minutes later
