Visited on a Sunday mid-afternoon. Not very busy. Staff member was very helpful with our family’s allergy restrictions. Table was clean and our whole chicken order was brought out within 15 minutes. It was well cooked and seasoned. The coleslaw is good value.

The food is decent but the service is very bad. All the tables are full full of leftover chicken bones, understaffed to core.You really need to go to counter again and again to check for dine in as they keep the ready food on counter to be picked by the serving staff member. Literally all the tables were unclean and hard to find a decent clean place to sit. Also I tried many baby chairs and most of them had heaps of leftover food on them so ended up having the baby on my lap.

Double check your takeaway order is correct before driving home!Ordered a Superfood Salad with added chicken, drove 15mins home to discover ZERO chicken was included at all. It was just a salad... Super annoyed, I phoned the Nando's helpline to make a complaint, and no one bothered to answer, and the call wasn't forwarded to the nearest store. Pathetic excuse for customer service.Doubt I'll go back here again...

Can't say it was the best nandos I've had. Was not happy with the wait after being told they have a chicken ready to go straight away and the other one would be ready in half an hour. Had little kids with us so asked for the first one to be lemon and herb for obvious reasons to keep the kids occupied while we waited. Well 40 mins later they brought the hot (like hot sauce) chicken to our table. They must have given that first chicken to a takeaway order then had to wait another 10 minutes to put food on our kids plate. One chicken also would not say was okay was still pink on the inside.

Absolutely disgusting service from this restaurant. We have now had multiple issues with this restaurant deleivering late the wrong food and cold food items. Today when i called the direct number to the restaurant the woman was unable to help in anyway each response was we don't know or we can't help or tp go to somewhere else to get assistance. I will NEVER order from here again! I will be telling everyone about my experiences and have a number of other reviews to complete.When you charge over 54 dollars for a burger and a burger meal this is simply not good enough!!!!

Used to never mind the slowness in Service because the food was alwaya on point. Last Saturday the 18th June after a 40 min wait, even though you order ahead online, I get serves BURNT chicken... I mean black charred chicken... Like seriously... somethings gotta change at the North Lakes Nandos...

What has happened to this site? I use to like it here but today chicken wax badly undercooked with minimal Nando’s sauce. The table I was seated at was not cleaned before I sat down. It’s the last time I’ll be here. I’m just hoping that I don’t get Salmonella. Why is the Nando’s experience so different venue to venue? North Lakes is definitely sub par. 3.5 average Google score is way too high. Do yourself a favour and give this one a miss.

I won't return.$20 in total. One expensive, small burger with no taste and no sides. Rip off. Should have taken a photo for proof...Staff weren't friendly and the restaurant was filthy with used dishes on tables. There was no customers and no reason to not have done some cleaning.This place needs to be closed down.
