Sam installed a new gas hot water system for us at short notice. He communicated throughout the process letting us know what was going on. I found him to be very professional and responsive.

I initially listed my re roofing job on hipages and needless to say, the first roofer, after completing the roof inspection, quote and all subsequent preliminary stages, failed to turn up on the scheduled start date, no message or phone call. Extremely frustrating and from what I have learnt, this happens far too often. I re listed my job and Sam from SRS Plumbing and Gas responded within half an hour. He came out the following day with his partner Will to complete the roof inspection. The quote was submitted a day later. I honestly felt like I had hit the jackpot! These two were absolute gentlemen in every sense of the word and immediately inspired confidence, trust and reassurance. They both had a good sense of humour and always seemed to be happy and cheerful. Sam and Will were decent, professional, intelligent, cheerful and easy to talk to and answered all my questions in depth and with careful consideration. The rest is history. They arrived when they said they would and communicated with me when it was necessary. They were at my place for a month, it was a real pleasure and when the job was finished I was really quite sad to see them leave. They were real experts in Their field and the roofing job was superb. I would strongly and without hesitation recommend Sam fromSRS plumbing and Gas.

Sam and his team were very professional. He has done a great job with the roof and guttering. Very accomodating and understood our request. He talks to you through out the process.We had two leaky down pipes into the ground which Sam replaced and did an excellent job given he is an experienced plumber. I would highly recommend him and his team. I guess there was few months waiting around which is quite common at present, but the end product is worth the wait.

Sam did an amazing job updating our hot water system. He was thorough, very professional and happy to help quickly in the time frame we asked and just a lovely person too! Also his pricing is very fair un like other companies we compared with. I absolutely will be recommending him to friends and family.
