After a raft of poor experiences with fellow gate companies (not returning calls, disinterested in business, poor punctuality), I contacted a local architect firm to ask for a company they would recommend working with. WillScale Auto Gates were extremely accommodating from start to finish, prompt responses, friendly and professional service and good quality workmanship. Would recommend for fair and reasonable prices, especially amongst the Sydney" finger in the air price tags we often receive."

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received from Will, Nadia and Norm. We are very happy with our gates - they look great and work beautifully. Everyone at Willscale Auto Gates was pleasant to deal with & communicated well. Overall we feel we have received excellent service and value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Recently had our gate motor replaced by Willscale Auto Gates. I contacted about 5 other companies and these guys were the most responsive and had the best price. When it came time to do the work their quality and customer service was top notch.

Willscale did the initial install of our gates and now continue to service our gate when we request help for whatever reason. We have been dealing with them for about 5 years now and just wouldn't go anywhere else.Excellent workmanship, good communication which is rare, come when they say they're going to, and when here, they are a pleasure to deal with.

Great service, wonderful annual follow up for service and maintenance. The epitome of what a small business should be. Nadia is always accommodating with bookings with a can do attitude. Don't use any one else, we have and were always let down. These guys are reliable, honest and prompt, highly recommended.

Very happy with our new automatic gate. We had numerous quotes before I found Willscale and no one could do the job or they came out and then never sent me the quote, Willscale have been so reliable and nothing was an issue for them. I have already recommended them to friends wanting a gate.

Beware!!! If you have already engaged with this guy, then delay your payment as long as you legally can. He has no warranty for his works and extremely hard to get hold of once you've paid him. In fact he still hasn't pick up or return any of our calls about why his repairs had only works for ONE day. I only got hold of him through his wife's phone, but didn't get anywhere. Was a waste of time and waste of money in my experience.
