Was served by FoH staff Paul, fantastic service. Food was excellent and hit the spot just right. I had a black ramen.Was greeted within 10 seconds.Even though he was busy holding a tray full of food, he still paused to let me know he'll be back in just a moment.All of this was done in a professional, friendly manner with a humble, welcoming smile.I've worked in hospitality before and I can appreciate the level of effort and genuine pride in the manner Paul works.Thanks to the service I enjoyed my meal that much more. Keep up the awesome work in everything you do!

Dun is an amazing server. Very friendly and helpful. Greeted while entering and quickly cleared a table for us. Asked us how was the food and we honestly enjoyed it so much. The food was amazing. My husband is a chef himself and he loved the food and the store vibe. the customer service was 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always good customer service but the noodles were not cooked properly at the first time and it is the same for the second time as well. The chef also needs to pay attention to when he is slicing the spring onion as it is so chunky！

I came here yesterday night for the first time, and the food was wonderful!! I was served by Paige and she was super nice her bubbly personality really added to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere this place has. I would definitely recommended this place if you're looking for friendly staff and yummy well priced food :D

My first time dining at motto motto and I absolutely loved the food! The customer service experience was immaculate! The staff the smile on their face made my day brighter! One of the staff, I think her name was eunice? I couldn’t really remember but she was giving me the best food recommendation and I absolutely loved it! She was really nice and she made sure I was comfortable! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family! 10 out of 10 experience and I would definitely comeback frequently!

I’ve been here a few times and I’m always met with the friendliest staff. Eunice especially has an infectious smile and always comes over to check if the food is good or if I need anything. I’m always eager to try the items she recommends and I’ve even brought my mum who’s been met with the same caring service. Although the food is exceptional, the service makes it so much better. My advice would be to keep Eunice because customers would be flooding in when they see her customer service skills!

Wonderful staff, service and food. Highly recommend their new vegan range - notably the ramen, eggplant and tofu donburi (toppings melt in your mouth!). Pricing and portions are generous. They do buy 1 free 1 vegan ramen every meatless Monday via their app! Must try x
