The Movement Room Pilates
I went to see Lynda to help me with my core and my back and ab separation after having babies. I have done 20 classes so far and I am back doing so many exercises that I haven't been able to do in ages. My surfing is better. I'm lifting heavier weights and I haven't had to see my physio or osteo or anyone else since starting Pilates here. If you are having any mobility issues, or body pain or feeling of weakness or disconnect in your body then book in now! I wish I had started doing this a couple of years ago! Thanks Lynda!
