The service from the office during sales and after sales was very professional and responsive. Had issues with the delivery service or their lack of it but reception at Core Drilling was very helpful in getting it sorted. Will definitely be utilising their business again.

I bought 2 drills a few years back. Very cheap by market standards. One had a switch gear fail and I was really surprised when they said they stocked them and had one to my office within 24 hours. Brilliant service and great gear for the price. (Please note they also sell higher end gear, but I bought the cheap and cheerful as we are builders not professional core drillers).

FEB. All sorted in the long run. All three of us, the supplier, myself and Core Drilling Supplies learnt something here. They did not quite understand how we were using the machine, plus we had a faulty part. Somehow, we should have sorted it out quicker, but now done. There was a simple solution. Apologies all round. New optional vac plate works great.JAN. So it is late January now, a couple of months latter. Yes Christmas was in the way and we shut down for two weeks, but I have not received the missing part, or a workasble seal, or received a visite from the rep as promissed.late 2019 First machine & vacuum stand I purchased for Core Drilling Supplies was a great cheap little unit, it did the job well but wore out in a couple of years. So, we purchased a new much dearer until and vacuum stand from them. Stand arrived needing significant adjustment and without a proper vacuum seal, and the AGP drill keep jamming in deeper holes and ended up needing repair after well lees than 30 holes. Wish I was still using my old machine. AGP failed to give any meaningful customer service, months later we still do not have a proper vacuum seal for the unit, and still have a core drill we are wary of using just in case the concrete is too deep., despite officially the unit being able to drill to the length of the core drill. Sorry AGP a thumbs down, sorry Core Drilling Supplies but a few thousand dollars should get you a tool you can use without fear.
