I bought a house with a pool on the Gold Coast a little over 2 years ago. The pool and equipment had been poorly maintained and fortunately I found Neill from Paradise Pool Services via a friend. Neill was able to visit on short notice, was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He did an assessment of what was needed in the way of equipment and sourced it on my behalf at extremely keen pricing. He fitted it and worked on the water quality until it was perfect.Neill has done a monthly service since then and is always honest, courteous, reliable and communicates clearly what he is doing and why. He also provides value for money and nothing is too much trouble for him.My pool always looks fantastic and receives favourable comments from family and visitors and I have no problem recommending him to any potential customers.

We have been using Paradise Pool Services for years!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!! Service is exceptional, the pool is always sparkling, we never have any water issues (even though our hairy dog swims in the pool regularly), their knowledge is second to none and they are so accommodating. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. We don't even have to think about the pool. They have routine visits scheduled and when ever the sun is shining, the pool is always ready for us! Thanks to Neill and his team!!

We used to try and maintain the pool ourselves but after spending heaps on chemicals and still getting it wrong, Neil has saved us. Our pool is always sparkling clean and we don't have to worry about turning things on and off or dealing with chemicals. Great service and advice and always turns up and overall saves us money.

We were very pleased to inherit Neill with our new house, as recommended by the previous owners. We have never owned a pool before and Neill has graciously helped us understand how the filter and pump system work. Our pool always looks amazing because of Neill's regular care and maintenance.
