Stegbar Taren Point

Very helpful staff who went out of their way to provide extra information and support. Alison was kind enough to let me know of an upcoming sale so I got a great discount just by waiting an extra month or two!

Standoffish receptionist gives you someone else's phone number to call about products. She looks at you as if you're wasting her time. No one there to try to help and make a sale. What's the point of the showroom.

We ordered new windows and sliding doors for our house and spent quite a substantial amount back in Sep 2018. Some of the products arrived scratched and defective. The windows and sliding doors are all put up but some of them are not working well. A window is leaking and the security grill is not closing. My builder booked in Stegbar to come service and fix all the problems but both times when the staff came out, he did not do anything. He said his job was to take note of the problems.It has been 7 months now, today another Stegbar staff is here and going through all the issues AGAIN with my builder. I am shocked at the level of after sales service and poor quality of the products. Until all these things get fixed, I can only give them one star. I will report back when we get a satisfactory solution to all the issues.

The new showroom in Taren Point is a fantastic. The selection of displays really gives you a better understanding of the products available as well as making it easier to transform your design ideas into reality. The staff are very experienced in their product knowledge and are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them

Earleir this year my partner and I recieved a consultation with Stegbar's wardrobe specialist, Natalie. What a wardrobe wiz! Natalie understood our vision for both a practical and aesthetic wardrobe and was able to quickly draw this up. She was generous with her time and was able to provide us with a range of options to suit our budget. It was a great experience. Shout out to Natalie for being so kind and incredible at her job!! Thank you for providing such a fun and informative experience!!!

After doing our research on a few companies for a stacker door - reviewed service, product quality and pricing - we decided on Stegbar.After multiple requests to call us before the door was to arrive, they did not call. Instead, they left the 3 metre door lying on the grass in the rain in the front yard. This meant the wooden reveals were ruined.To make matters worse, one of the three door panels did not arrive. We were not told about this in advance. Which meant we had booked in tradies already to demolish the wall (the door wasn’t replacing an existing one) and to install it.After multiple calls and promises that the panel would be delivered on time for the tradies, it wasn’t. I was forced to install the door without a panel and no way to lock it; leaving the house open and unsecured.This meant my new kitchen with all new appliances - dishwasher, fridge, etc - and everything else in the house, was left open unsecured as well.They force you to pay the full amount upfront so they can’t be held accountable. They blame other division and their suppliers for the issues, even though they are one company and you just want a solution.Not acceptable. Absolutely horrible service. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

They promised a quote within 3 days, but we only received it after 2 follow up phone calls and more than a week wait. The quote had errors and after we requested amendments we never heard from them again.

A good range of products to view but terrible customer service. Totally disinterested in helping us. Never got up from her desk to explain things or show us any products. We are prepared to spend a very significant amount of money given the large size of architectural windows we have and the volume of windows but received no consulting expertise or advice almost acted like we were a nuisance. Will take our business elsewhere.

My experience with Stegbar Taren Point was amazing. The wardrobes Installed are excellent. From the start of the experience, Natalie was outstanding, always very professional, warm, friendly and product savy.Andrew, who installed the robes, was equally outstanding, a thorough professional ensuring every detail was completed to perfection.

Hi , my partners experience with a female staff member from your Taren Point Store on Saturday 27/5/17, was very dissapointing to say the least, as she didnt have any customer service experence or motivation or real answers for his questions. My Partner is a Carpenter & we have fitted out our 2 storey home with your Stegbar windows & Sliding doors which look great but wasn't cheap,but we wanted quaility . He just wanted to replace all the roller wheels on the sliding & screen doors as the wheels have all started to failed now. Unfortuneately for us the warranty has run out. Just thought you might need to know so other CUSTOMERS dont go through the same drama. I will be following this up with the Lansvale Stegbah as this reflecks on your business. Thankyou Denise.
