I engaged Port Douglas Catering & Events to cater my wedding reception at the Sugar Wharf after having been referred by a friend. These guys are incredible. They were so professional and couldn't fault them one bit. They were extremely accommodating with changing things up to suit our needs without making any fuss.The food....everyone raved about how awesome it was. We went with the canape style reception, and the platters going round were endless! There was more than enough food! The food was absolutely top notch to perfection.The staff did an incredible job, very friendly and professional.Would highly recommend!!

Port Douglas Catering are an asset to Port Douglas and the surrounding region. They have provided their catering and event services at many of our retreats and we highly recommend their professionalism and friendly nature.

Our reception was unreal. The day ran so smoothly, everything we wished for was fulfilled & no request was ever too much for Rads. All the many emails sent in the past year of planning were answered with so much support and kindness. The food was next level. Our friends and family were amazed by how good everything tasted. YUM!We wanted cocktails for cocktail hour of our reception, they were so good & served perfectly. Our day felt like a dream and we felt so lucky to have had our day looked after by Rads and her team. I couldn’t recommend Port Douglas Catering enough. The best day. We can’t stop smiling about it.THANK YOU!!!!

Port Douglas Catering and Events were AWESOME! I booked this company because I'm a local and had seen their professionalism at numerous events before. They dealt with my hundreds of questions and changes without batting a eye and remembered every detail. We hired all of our furniture and table settings through Port Douglas Catering, having everything coming from the one place made it less complicated. However, the highlight for us was the food it was OUTSTANDING! We had sooo many guests go out of their way after the wedding to tell us how amazing the food was. Thanks heaps to Dean and Rads who were so calm and collected throughout the entire process. Honestly our wedding was perfection and I wouldn't have changed a single thing. Thank You!

Port Douglas Catering Events - as a wedding celebrant you get to work with a lot of suppliers and in my professional opinion these guys are definitely a Port Douglas favourite for venue set up, catering (YUM!!!) and everything in between.

Rads!! OMG!! I cannot thank you enough!! Your food, your service, keeping everything on schedule, making sure I always had a cocktail in my hand. You are next level amazing!! The food was 6 star , it deserves a hatted chef award!! Everyone is still raving about it. Never has anyone had such nice food at a wedding! Dean and the crew at Port Douglas Catering and Events were absolute legends throughout the whole process. They answered by 10,000 questions, accommodated my 10,0000 changes and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were so incredibly flexible and we cant' thank Port Douglas Catering and Events enough for all their help in making our big day an absolute dream.
