George has been professional, prompt, supportive, and had my girls' interests at heart ever since we first visited him. I’ve been using Mr Dog Walker for a few years now. Originally to exercise my dogs and now he looks after all my animals when i’m away. Better than boarding kennels the animals are less stressed while we’re away and more reliable then the neighbour.When my boxer dog got to teenage years and started thinking he was part of the home leadership team. George Taught me strategies that worked and now my dog is so much better. He still thinks the couch is the right place but doesn’t get on it! I’ve recommended George to many of my friends and you and your animals will love him

Seeing your dog behave differently with a trainer is a mark of an exceptional dog trainer - we have confidence to train our dog now as we have seen that it can actually work! More details:We have a leash reactive and overly energetic GSD with a lot of anxiety. We knew we were in for a lot of work, but we're determined as there is no such thing as a bad dog. We have had encountered other trainers who promote textbook training methods i.e. a lot of treats for positive reinforcement and for calming, and what seemed like 'robotic' training exercises. These methods makes you feel disconnected with your dog and unmotivated to continue with the training and as a result you begin to lose confidence. While we understand some of these methods may be useful for some dogs, it is not effective when the dog has exceeded his/her anxiety threshold.It was almost a godsend that we came across George 'Mr Dog Walker' - needless to say, we were awestruck that his training methods with our dog worked almost instantaneously. His approach is very organic, and caters to what a dog needs by reading his/her energy and body language. He emphasised that we as humans need to know how to communicate and build a trusting relationship with dogs and this is the biggest lesson we have learnt so far. Not all dogs are the same and George understands this and he spends time with the dog to gauge what works best for them.I am thrilled that we have regained confidence with how to calm our dog before walking him - the results are beginning to show already and we are very grateful for George going out of his way to come meet with us.Thank you so much!
