Literally ran to here from the hospital. Got here at 1749, they close at 1800. Doors all locked. Staff standing inside chatting. Ignoring my urgent knocks at the door and my phone calls. I needed a prescription for my one year old.

The management should seriously consider of providing training in dealing with customers. Only one person whom I made the first point of contact was so rude. All others were okay. The staff may be busy, that doesn't justify the attitude towards the customers.

I was extremely unimpressed with the treatment of my family member. I was told by my family member, they had some issues with faulty medication purchased from this pharmacy, they first spoke to the pharmacist over the phone, who was agitated at them and stated they are very busy, if this is the case, dont answer the phone. I then took family member to the pharmacy, where they were spoken to in an agitated and unnecessarily condescending manner by pharmacist worker Maddy and Francessca. Absolutely appalling service to a person who is unwell and needs this medication. I will be avoiding this pharmacy in future.

Yesterday Went to the pharmacy 777 at the Bunbury store and get some medications after my visit with the doctor yesterday. And i was served by a Chemist Name ALEX, and he was not professional at all, no customer service at all. No manners. NOTHING!! I was given some important medications and he didnt even explain when and how many time i need to take them. I dont think he needs to work with customers and serving customers.
