If I could give 0 stars I would, I waited 9hours for a doctor to come see my 4year old only to be told the doctor had supposedly spoken to me and I didn't need them anymore despite the numerous calls I had made, the call I recieved from customer service 1hour prior confirming the doctor was an hour away. So someone's lying..Absolutely disgusting practice, save your time and call else where.

Took 2.5hrs for the doctor to come.The doctor looked like he needed a doctor himself, he could hardly walk and was old. He spent 4mins asking general questions and checking my son for 1min and that’s it. He said i should most probably go to the hospital if the pain persists. When I asked a question about how the condition (we had discussed the possibility of what the condition could be) is usually treated, he coldly said that he does not have time to explain as he had too many patients to attend to. I thought general consultations are at least 10 mins max, he left after 5mins.Please stop sending people who do not have time to listen to patients and lack compassion. If tgere was zero rating i would have given that instead of 1.

Phone consult lasted exactly one minute also didn’t email my script in time for it to be collected before chemist closed. While waiting on phone for initial appointment I went from being number 10 in line to 22 WTAF

Wouldn’t recommend! Called for a home doctor at 730pm after no doctor confirmation for 2.5 hours I called multiple times and was told I would get a phone call back in regards to the wait. Waited till 11:45 with no phone call received , I then called again to ask where the doctor was as it had been 4 hours only to then be told the doctor had apparently seen me. This was not the case and It was now 12am and there would no longer be a doctor seeing my sick 1yr old. Appalling! Would never call them again!

These services should not be allowed to operate with such poor service. Good tax dollars are being used to provide no service. I waited 4 hours for a doctor to not show up. I called and was told they would call me back as soon as they got hold of the doctor. Another 40 mins passes I call back and ask what is happening and get told the exact same thing. When I said to the lady that exactly what the last lady said I copped a spray of attitude saying she just started and it’s not her fault etc etc. it’s midnight and they can’t even be bothered to give the slightest hint of an ETA. It’s just rubbish. These home doctor services were excellent when they started and now I can’t find a single good one.

Never use this service. I waited over 8 hours needing a script filled and when I phoned after 8 hours I could not be given where I was in line for Telehealth not a home visit. BUT if I was willing to pay extra I could be prioritised and speak to a doctor in 30mins-1hour.How convenient and how much integrity is missing when if you’re wealthy enough you can go to the head of the queue ahead of others who can’t afford to pay. Suddenly I got a call. I had been asked to send through an email from my neurologist which I did and informed them my reason for needing a doctor. The doctor was courteous but said the script could not be filled and I asked why then did 2 call centre personnel not know basic facts and immediately tell me I could not be helped?This is simply a money making business when the doctor suggested I should complain to the company about my concerns that CSRs do not know the very basic facts that certain scripts cannot be filled according to govt regulations. Even I knew that but it was my husband who tried helping me on a public holiday when my neurologist was away for 3 weeks.Steer clear of this mob.

Ridiculous called the doctor in the morning waiting all day a couple of message day they are on the way ,them said they are 50 minutes away . Then at 8 pm we got a call saying there doctor had gone home early. Very bad service,well no service. It's all about money now isn't it . Not care and compassion for the job.Now my pore wife has to wait all night to see a doctor. My God.

Absolutely ridiculous service. No help given I told them I had very very low iron confirmed by a blood test waiting for an infusion appointment. I looked up the symptoms of it and it's exactly what I have. They took my ob's and gave me a painkiller to take and told me I have arthritis even though there's been no sign before today. UNREAL. It's a joke right!

I would of loved to have left a zero star review but was unable. Booked doctor at 9:30 am. Told they started at 10 am. Thats fine. Still waiting at 2 pm. Called again as per requested after 4 hours of no visit. Call centre said they would contact Doctor. Called again at 4:30 pm to be told they had come at 2:32 pm. No calls or texts to either phone number requested at time of booking. Poor form. Don't bother. I thought these services were to relieve the over crowded ED department at Hospitals. Should of just gone to sit at Hospital. At least would of been seen by doctor. Going to do the walk in at Riverlink. Poor form

If you like sitting around nervously waiting for several hours with no idea if you're going to be seen or ignored, please use this service.If not please do your best to find a regular GP or see a local GP, if that's not available go to the Hospital and wait several hours knowing you'll actually be treated eventually.
