This company won't deliver my medical supplies to my upstairs apartment, they send two large strong men who have sore knees who argue and refuse to deliver upstairs, I cannot even lift the boxes due to my condition, Troy came here himself to inspect my stairs and he called his own drivers SOOKS Ihis wife Kerry told me to get the tennant who resides downstairs to do it. Iwouldn't recommend this company to anyone, for goodness sake DO yOUR JOB.

Kept a parcel in their depot for a month because they didn't want to deliver 5 minutes out of their way. Similar situation has happened on multiple occasions.
