I would like to thank Diane at NHPC.Such a kind, empathetic and understanding service. They truly understand the magnitude and nature of grief associated with losing a pet. I felt very looked after and cared for. The respect, attention and reverence given to Oslo was beautiful and the care and concern for myself and family extended way beyond a simple transaction.I now have these beautiful momentos of my precious boy, as well as some rosemary seeds to plant in remembrance.I cannot highly recommend this service enough. Thank you again all.

Di is such a beautiful caring lady . They go above and beyond at such a sad and stressful time for their customers who they actually treat you like family . You are not just a number to them . They offer counseling after your pet has passed away which may help a lot of people deal with their grief. Di is very easy and caring to talk too, she makes sure all your needs are attended too in making the decision to have your loved pet cremated . They have many options on how you would like your beloved pet remembered , fromBeautiful made boxes to urns and lovely verses . Nothing is a problem . I have had 2 of my beautiful cats cremated with Pet Cremation and highly recommended them . Your pet comes back to just how you wanted . They also have payment options which is a big help at time of need and such a heartbreaking time .

The service that was provided was well and truly above an expected standard. The service provided was caring and focused on my family and I. The staff offered us a counselling service and focused on our well being. The respect that was shown to us and the way Hamish was treated was as though Hamish was one of their own.

What a wonderful business. These beautiful people have looked after our beloved dog and brought him back in the most beautiful urn with a snippet of hair, beautiful gold paw print and a wonderful story that I read to my 4yr old. Could not recommend these guys enough. They have gone above and beyond and made sure our boy was returned to us safely and beautifully. Thank you Newcastle and Hunter Pet Crematorium for the care and compassion you gave to us with the sad passing of our beautiful Ruby. Our girl passed away in between Christmas and New Year and to hear that you were still open and able to assist us with Ruby was such a huge relief for us. This was an extremely difficult time for us but being able to actually speak with you to make arrangements for Ruby and knowing she was in your care made it a little easier.Forever gratefulKaren

Thankyou Mark, Diane & StaffJust blown away by the care and thoughtfulness you supply to us and our fur babiesIt doesn't get any easier no matter how many times in life you go through this loss.......but knowing that we can bring them home in such a dignified manner is heartwarming.

We have unfortunately had to call apon di and the team twice in the last 12 months. Both times well after normal hours and they accommodated us to help my family lay our two fur babies to rest. They care, they want to support and most of all they want to honour your animal. We often meet to greatest people in not so ideal situations and this is exactly what has happened to my family. I can’t put into words how much I would recommend di and her team. Thank you.

Couldn't fault Di, Mark and the crew. Have had business dealings with them for over 17years being in the vet industry. But on a personal level, last year had one of my dogs pass away and then last Friday had my cat pass away and used this crematorium to take care of them for me. They came to collect them swiftly and both returned with under a week. Again thank you!

Yesterday my beloved best friend the gentle giant passed away in my arms and shattered my world. Amidst my tears I called this place after reading all the 5 star reviews. Despite the fact that we didn't arrive until 7pm this beautiful lady allowed my son and I time to say our goodbyes and not once made us feel rushed. My experience with Di made me feel confident my beautiful big boy was going to his final journey with dignity and respect. Thank you Di for helping me on one of the worst days of my life. I can't wait to get him back x
