Didnt get the right room keys. the ones I eventually got didnt open the apartment door.couldn't access internet.no sign of warden to help out.great apartment! well desighed, equipped and comfortable. amazing views !!!wish a starter pack (bottled water, tea/coffee sachets) for guests could be provided

Million dollar views! The facilities here are more than adequate and absolutely surpass expectations. There is some great running along the river or up towards Kings Park and is well situated if you're attending events at the University of Western Australia (I imagine if you were in Perth for much else you wouldn't stay here). Very new and something tells me that it will take a while for that to wear off!

A good place to have a meeting, conference, symposium, etc. Its backyard is overlooking the river. There are swings for your children to play there. Such a nice place to relax after an event.

This is a very good place. It is a student accommodation under UWA. The forrest fellows usually stay here. It has got a large parking place. The hall is well protected by security. All doors are locked and encrypted with access card. It has got a good to make BBQ. Well decorated with plenty of space and good cleaning services.

I enjoyed my stay at this residence. It is close to the beach and allows a great view of the bay. It is a short walk from the University of Western Australia and the Faculty Club. If minded to, one could get to the Botanic Gardens.
