Vince and the boys were fantastic. Custom suit; fabrics flown in from Italy and were on a super short time frame.(Under a month wedding deadline start to finish).They went above in beyond with repeat pressing after try-one custom embroidery on top of the tailoring work.I’m not a fashion guy so being in such good hands during wedding stress took a massive load off the mind so that I could look good, feel good. It was an absolute joy to walk in with a very strange request and be treated seriously. This tailor shop did an incredible bespoke Thomas The Tank face mask made from a pair of childrens underwear. They listened carefully to what was required and did a masterful job at creating a really unique and amazing face mask. The most important element to their service was they acted in a professional way at every step. It was amazing to see good old fashioned service done in an incredible way. I can see from the other Google reviews this business knows what's important when dealing with customers. This custom face mask is now world famous.

I visited Galluzzo Family Tailors with my son who needed a suit for his year 12 formal, the staff were brilliant advising my son on what would be on trend and have extended use after the formal. Instead of visiting shops all Westfields, we purchased suit, belt, shoes and socks from Galluzzo Tailors. Outstanding service at a very reasonable price, I will be back!

I've been in Hornsby 22 years the Galluzzos over 23 years. In that time I've used them for all tailoring and men's clothing and shoes for the usual weddings, funerals, business and casual gear. Their tailoring is superior and they work hard to get it right.

I came to this store to shorten the sleeves of a leather jacket, but I was so shocked and regretted it! The place where the cuffs connect with the sleeves are twisted and deformed very bad, the leather surface is uneven, and the stitches are also uneven. Please see the pictures. The tailor was Vince. He asked for $85, saying that their price was the highest in the shopping mall because they had the best work. When I questioned the job, he said, 'Don't be too picky, because it's leather. It's difficult to modify, and the quality of your leather jacket is not the best. You should give me another chance to do it again. I don't understand why you are so picky and difficult.' Vince's techniques and service attitude can be clearly to find from the pictures and his language. This brand-new leather coat has almost been destroyed, and I have never seen anyone talk with a customer like this. So why should I take another risk? I took back my jacket and will never come back this shop again. Don’t understand if Vince is a qualified tailor and how did he get the job.What do you mean by ‘free of charge’? The jacket was destroyed, and I haven't asked you to compensate me yet. Do you think your crafts is qualified? Please have a look of the stitching on the picture. If you think it's difficult to modify a leather jacket, why didn't you say it earlier? Why do you use a customer’s jacket as a experiment and blame the customer and ask me to give you another chance to try? You made me lose a jacket which worths hundreds of dollars!! It can not be restored to it’s original appearance!

Just moved here locally and the school my son goes recommended this tailor for alterations. Went for my son's school pants to be shortened at around 3pm yesterday and asked for express service since it is getting colder and needs to start wearing winter uniform. Dont know his name but he was really nice when we were doing the transaction. He took my phone number and I said I will be back after we have something to eat. I was so considerate,I thought I don't want them to feel pressured so I waited for their sms if they are finished. I was already getting impatient so around 5.40pm, I went back and to my surprise,they were closed! I paid for express service which is $20/pc and he gave me $5 discount! It might be a miscommunication but if they really care for their customers,they should have atleast called to let us know it is done and they close at 5.30pm. When I picked it up today, I nicely told the man, we were waiting for your call" and he started blaming us that I should know shops closed at 5.30

I’ve been going to this place Galluzzo Tailors for a while now with all my alterations and they have always been on point, reasonably priced and service unbelievable . But I just have to say just picked up my custom made wedding suit and have to say FANTASTIC. You boy's are unbelievable. I am wrapped and can’t wait to wear it. Well done . Thanks Vince and Giuseppe.
