I came in with my mother to get a mini chainsaw put back together, as she had taken it apart. The young man put it back together within ten minutes. So impressed with the customer service as it was only a small issue of reassembling but he did it straight away and had no problem doing for us. Thank you very much and we will definitely be back when we need more equipment.

I needed a new primer bulb for my Stihl chainsaw. I was sold the wrong part by these guys which I found out after I installed it as the bulb did not seat properly. They didn't want to refund me the $14.00 because it was used''. I did get my money back but I had to whinge and moan. It is not good enough for a Stihl dealer to sell the wrong part for a Stihl product and then try to evade responsibility for their mistake. Unprofessional behaviour and

We were so happy with these guys when we got them to pick up our ride on and diagnose the problems. They were thorough and honest which allowed us to make an informed decision about whether it was worth going ahead with repairs.In the end we decided to buy a new mower and the team helped us to pick the best one to suit our specific needs. They were knowledgeable, friendly and so we definitely recommend Coffs Chainsaw and Mowers.
