Terrible. They said it would take 4 hours to change a battery in a garage remote even though I was locked out and needed it then. I bought the battery and changed it myself in 30 seconds. Very overpriced. Bad service. I’d shop elsewhere if it wasn’t an emergency.

Took a blank car key to this guy. All i needed was it cutting to match the old one (no electronics or shell) . After much searching through catalogues and a tablet he said it would cost $55. I said that's a bit excessive

19/9/18 The older (bald) gentleman here helped me fix a belt with his belt punch as a courtesy, no fuss at all. The other guy, mm seems a bit money hungry. Wants to charge $10 to use secateurs to shorten a belt.

I had a squeaky shoe in a quiet office and dropped by the shop for some help to fix it. They didn't even hesitate and asked for a few minutes to smooth out the work from another cobbler (not from their store) and it was sorted.

I always have a great service from this place, whether it's shoes re-heeling, batteries changing or keys cut. Like most of these kiosks, they can't control how many people turn up at once, but it's how they manage it and these guys strike the balance well - always acknowledging you even if someone ahead of you. Maybe I've been lucky every time, but I've always been served really quickly. I just got a key cut and asked if I could leave my number for a quote for a car key cutting also. Daniel got back to me basically as soon as I'd got back to my desk! He provided all the information I need to make an informed decision and the cost is about what most charge and comes with a warranty.I do find shoe heeling a little on the expensive side here, but then I'm usually taking old shoes and I'm not sure how much more wear I'll have from them. Still, they offer a guarantee with most of their work and if you hold on to your receipt (I usually taking a pic of mine so no to lose it) they will re-heel if anything happens within a Year. I've never had to use this warranty. Thanks for the great service!

The next time you pull apart the soles from one perfectly fine boot when only one needs attention, I will make you pay for it yourself. And then when I said I was going to get quotes elsewhere you accuse me of not being able to afford you. Would NEVER return here. Try Heel & Sole man in Macarthur - much friendlier and says he gets the unhappy customers from this place; or Hallelujah on Adelaide St, got it done cheaper there and with less attitude.
