They are not professional at all, not responsive. I have bad experience specifically the customer service very poor, they don’t deliver what they say , I have been reporting issues I noticed in my house since I moved in except one or two times if they send someone to attend the job they are not prepared most of the times, then they say I will contact my boss and let you know and then they disappear. I have tried many times but nothing changed once they get payments cleared they don’t care about their customer. Their staff makes excuses always sometimes not even logical. I was getting already bad reviews about them when I did contract with them but I still took a chance and that’s the mistake i will repent always. They are not trustworthy at all they keep changing material without talking to the customer if someone is trying to go with them be ready for surprises they give. Don’t waste your hard earned money by giving them a chance. They don’t deserve it
