My Best Friend Veterinary Centre

Myself and my family have been going here since I was a child with our first family pets.When I called up recently about a sudden issue with my kitty, the receptionist/vet nurse was so kind on the phone, even though I was having trouble communicating what was going on because I was so worried. When I brought kitty in, the receptionist brought me a chair so myself and kitty could sit away from curious pups' noses. It's a small thing but in the moment when you're so stressed for your animal it means a lot.As always, the vets instantly made my cat feel relaxed, and she was even purring as they tended to her. Even when I have moved afar I always bring her to My Best Friend. All the staff are really skilled and kind.

This place is beyond amazing. The staff are super caring. Myself and my companion Toby are in the best hands. Every visit we are looked after. My doggy loves this vet.

Lovely vet clinic. Dr Chris is fantastic and knows his stuff. He actually listens to you and asks questions whereas my previous vet was quite dismissive and didn't probably investigate my dog's issues. The clinic staff are excellent too, highly recommend.

Have been taking all my pets here for 20+ years, and continue to use them as my regular vet despite not living in the area anymore. Such a fantastic team who really care about animals.

They r a friendly vet who love big dogs like mine which u fo not find at many vets.They r willing to help out in any circumstances.They have done some operation both my dogs & they were all successful & they follow up post surgery & visits.They also work w ths City of Vincent Counsil to do desexing, micro chipping at a very low costI recomend to everyone especially w large breed dogs.This is my girl feeling safe & happy just b4 I left her for her procedure

We love the staff at This Vet practice. They are so delightful, practical, informative and generous with their time. They are compassionate and love our animals just as much as we do.

My experience:They worked with my budget, giving me options to delay and to double up jobs. This let me save up and to save some money on anesthetic.They looked after my dog. He is better, they doted over him and I feel like they really like animals.I couldn’t recommend enough
