I went to the shop and the lady was disrespectful and rude, bad customer service I wish to give them less than one star. Other shops service better than with more respect.

We decided to go with Temelli Jewelry to get both an engagement ring and wedding band for my Fiancee, based on the recommendation of a friend. They have done a stunning job of custom making a natural diamond/platinum replica of a cheap but elegant silver/qz ring that we found elsewhere (we loved the style of it but we wanted the premium materials). The price they quoted was the best of several stores we tried. They delivered on time with no hassle. We couldn't be happier with the friendly service and especially the truely stunning rings they produced!!

I met Anne, and she was lovely! John designed my ring for our 11th year anniversary and he just knew what I wanted, he is so creative! When the final results came out, it was just a dream! He was patient, and just amazing! I would definitely recommend Temelli and the team.

Temelli and their classy staff have been amazing! I had my engagement ring made elsewhere and they went into liquidation - so I had to find a new ring designer to make a custom wedding band, who specialises in coloured gems. Temelli worked with me to create something that was classy yet different, and I loved it so much that I went back to them to have an eternity ring designed, which we had even more fun with. I absolutely love this team, they make everything from a single solitaire to an Artdeco sapphire extravaganza.

Most recently I picked up my 3rd Temelli ring. This one is an amazingly stunning 1 carat Emerald in a double halo of diamonds! All of Temelli's stones are high grade and they are carefully sourced from reputable dealers/mines, which gives me peace of mind when purchasing from Temelli Jewellery. This particular ring is timeless in design and is simply exquisite! My interactions with James always makes the purchase an experience in itself in that from start to finish the customer service is exemplary. No question is too much trouble to answer, even after the sale is complete and I own the ring. The ongoing attentiveness makes me feel valued and appreciated. This high level of customer service is very rare nowadays and is to be acknowledged.
