Left my wife in the checkout queue with one person ahead of her while I went to ALDIs and Woolworths to get some things Coles didn’t have in stock. Returned to Coles 15 minutes later to find her still in the same queue waiting to unload her trolley. Apparently while she’d been waiting two other checkouts had opened and people behind her had been told to take their trolleys to these other checkouts because they’d been waiting a long time. My wife wanted to scream ‘Am I f@@king invisible” to the Coles staff, but is too well mannered. Dreadfully poor customer service…shame on you Coles.

They have Larger size Products now which is Convenient for people with large families. Spacious Isles for getting around. Helpful at Checkouts. I always enjoy shopping at Coles, always finding a bargain.

Big selection of household groceries, only 1 thing I don't like the isle setup it's long and if you don't know your way around you can go up and down if you don't know where the products are,I believe it would be better if half way along each isle separate openings would be helpful does anyone else reading this agree with this

Last Sunday we had a family get together and ordered a box of wraps from the deli. Rebecca's wraps were ravishing - flavoursome, nourishing and well priced. Thoroughly recommend them

I am disgusted how I have treated by store staff here so I avoid it mostly. I tried to discuss and address their concerns they wouldn't have it. Their response was to call centre security. I worked in retail for 4 years in a large outlet store. My boss would have sacked me for reacting like they did.
