Mesa is such a peaceful sanctuary. Spacious and clean with incredible staff the saunas are beautiful and all the little details have been thought of to make you feel nourished.One of the best massages I have ever had in my life! Would definitely recommend.

Mesa Body is a total wellness house with a focus on Massage Therapy & Infrared Sauna.The wildly talented Georgia is the owner and founder of Mesa, and it’s her unique vision and energy that has bought Mesa to life.The space has been meticulously designed and curated to promote self care and healing. Delicate linens, earthy hues and bespoke murals evoke a calming environment that will transport you to another dimension.When I need to restore and reconnect I book a sauna and massage package. The Sanctuary Sauna, is the perfect space to breathe, meditate and journey to self. The Ritual massage is my go to when I need to slow down, ease tension and restore balance in my life.

Very nice place for sauna sessions. It’s nicely decorated and it has a very calm vibe. The staff are friendly and attentive. It’s my favourite sauna place in the Northern Beaches :)

Very poor massage, more rubbing in oil then massaging asked for more pressure but girl had nothing. Had a sore lower back told her and she did not spend anytime on my lower back. Probably the worst massage will not go back.

What an experience. I had a 60min massage today with Georgia, and it was absolutely fantastic!Mesa is something special, what an incredible offering. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and immediately I felt like I had taken a trip to Spain/Mexico, the space is magnificent. It was so easy to get to with ample parking outside, and a lovely sign at the front, you can't miss it.Georgia tailored the service to my health needs, sought to understand what niggles needed work, and I left feeling balanced, nourished and at ease. Have already booked for next time! Thank you

50 minutes of pure pleasure in one of Mesa infrared sauna rooms. Immaculate and so welcoming, the place is an invitation for anyone that wants some ‘me time’ and relax. Can’t wait until my next visit!

Excellent setup with parking at the back. Sauna are double size so plenty of space. Outdoor shower available after. Very clean and a space to relax in after the sauna that is private.

Mesa is an experience for all of the senses.The moment you walk onto the property you can clearly see that care has been taken in every aspect -- from creative direction to design and even construction.I was invited into the space where I immediately felt at ease and surrounded by a palpable welcoming energy -- landing in community. Interesting and thought provoking artistic elements, a well-curated retail space full of gorgeous linens and plenty of wellness necessities was perfect for grabbing a little gift!My therapist Bianca warmly received me into her space where we discussed everything from pressure to my medical history and areas where I feel that I hold tension. She made sure I was well hydrated and showed my where I would find water following my treatment. I felt well cared for and absolutely wrapped up! Beyond the mental and spiritual benefits, physically I felt lighter and as if I was a little taller.I was fortunate to return to Mesa for an evening session in the infrared sauna -- the space is again, well-thought and I love all of the unique design elements. I am looking forward to including sauna in my routine moving forward.I know I'll be back!Thank you so much to the owners for creating this sacred space for self care.

I saw Chealsea at Messa last week for my first Reiki experience and it was fantastic! Chelsea made me feel so welcome and I was so amazed by her skills. After the session, I felt as if the weight of the world had been lifted from my shoulders. I highly recommend the experience. 10/10!
