The guys arrived early to have a look at my old leaking Hot Water service which was nice to see as many local tradesmen don’t even bother to turn up. They were both friendly and respectful and gave me a lot of information about water heaters. I received a quote from Brad Plummer about 20 minutes later by email which I accepted and an hour later the guys were back to remove the old one and installed the new one. All up from initial inspection to completed installation was only a couple of hours of my time. You can’t do better than that. Well done Mr Plummer and his staff.

We have been waiting over 7 months for Mr Plummer to start repairs on our home, having approved a quote in April/May, to be informed the day before they were due to start that they are unable to because they don't have a tiler!!!They agreed to commence the demolition and we were happy to wait for them to complete the job until February 2023 and they were due to start the demolition today but don't want to start the job and referred us to someone else!!!Very disappointing, not happy at all, obviously don't want the job, they could have told us months ago so that we could appoint someone who did! Terrible service, they were either late or didn't show up for every appointment!

Brad was a friendly bloke who went above and beyond to get the job done. He was efficient and did a great job on fixing the taps that had issues. I would highly recommend Brad and Mr Plumbing if you need a Plumber in the Coffs Harbour region.

Brad and Angus were fantastic. Initially Brad responded in a timely manner to my out of hours call owing to a flushing issue with toilet. Next morning Angus called and replaced part in toilet, checked other toilets, as well as leaking taps both inside and outdoors..I was most impressed with their professionalism and would have no hesitation in recommending them for any plumbing issues.

Called, had them come out to do a job.He arrived but had no idea what to do. Told me he would arrange a pump out and they would come back then. 2 weeks and have not heard a thing back.

We had our bathroom renovation done by Mr Plummer and we were / are really impressed with the responsiveness and professional service.Brad went out of his way to explain the trouble steps he would take to demo the ensuite as it was done by previous owners of our home the fall was so bad in the shower that water would run into our bedroom. Brad took on the repairs to fix the fall find matching tiles and have this bathroom complete before starting the main bathroom renovation and extension, so we would not be without.Brad then sat down with us multiple times to go through colour selection and layout of the new main bathroom. He was very fast and prompt with supplies and building works.We live over 1hr away from where Mr Plummer is based, he would travel down with his employees without any hassle to complete our bathroom repairs and renovations. The workmanship and communication from Mr Plummer are one of the highest we have ever delt with over the years of renovations in our home.Brad has been back multiple times since if I am not too sure about something, he is only a phone call away and will make the trip to Grafton if needed.Thanks again Mr PlummerNick & Liarna Smidt
