Excellent service from Lauren today, from the cut itself to our chat beforehand to ensure the type of cut & ongoing maintenance would work in with my lifestyle.Lauren is so thoughtful and welcoming - and also great to talk to for curl management.I loved the salon too, lots of thoughtful little touches, especially the groovy tea set!This is the first time in years I’ve walked out of a salon feeling both the cut and stylist were perfect for me - zero regrets from my visit today!

I had my formal hair styled here and the ladies were very nice and exceed my expectations of how I wanted my hair styled. The service was amazing and they offer complimentary drinks. The price was really good as well.

I have been there a few times and they always cut my hair the way I want it cut and the prices are pretty reasonable. I have only ever had my hair cut by Lauren and she is always very nice and a fun person to be around! I will definitely be back! :)

Worst hair cut I have ever had.My normal hairdresser was away, and I have always wanted to try She Creative and was looking forward to my haircut.However, my haircut was so terrible. The hairdresser curled it before I left so I didn't notice until I washed it how lopsided it was (it was not supposed to be an asymmetric cut). The lengths were long on one side and short on the other, and the layers were the other way round long on the short side and short on the long side. Even my friends noticed how terrible it was.I booked to go back to the salon to get it fixed. This time a different hairdresser started chopping at the longer lengths on one side. She didn't seem to know how to fix it, and in the end I had to ask her to stop. I was never offered my money back. She gave me a 25% off my next visit card. Safe to say I will never use that and am steering clear of She Creative. When I went back to my normal hairdresser she said that they had cut a hole in the back of my hair. It took over 6 months to grow out. Devastating.

Another wonderful experience at She Creative Hair. Ricki gave my hair a much-needed freshen up including a thorough cut and blow dry and Grace styled my hair with wavy curls for an event in the evening. Friendly staff and competitive prices. Would highly recommend their salon!

I am visiting Townsville as halfway through my travels so I needed a hair cut. Stacey gave me a great cut and was awesome!

Lauren and Jamie are absolute superstars! They did an amazing job for our entire wedding party (myself, two bridesmaids and my Mum), we were so so happy with our hair. But the best part was that they were so much fun to be around ☺ It was like having two extra friends join our girly morning wedding preparations. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful wedding hair and a blast getting ready for their big day!
