Wow what a store! So clean and organised I had an event to attended and didn't know what to buy and the staff went above and beyond to help me find the perfect outfit. Best staff! Thankyou!

I absolutely hate the curtains as change room doors. I came in and tried on some clothes, the curtain for the change room would not close properly, I was too short to grab the curtain from the top and close it properly so there was a gap between the curtain and wall. I then proceeded to try stuff on anyways as I wanted to buy it and make sure it fit. As I was trying stuff on I noticed a man standing outside the change room I was in, he had a pram with him, I was watching him in the mirror through the gap as I felt uncomfortable at this point, he then bent down pretending to grab something from the bottom of the pram and was just sitting there staring at me through the gap, when he realised I was watching him he quickly got up and left the change room, and then I took my things, paid and left. Please change the curtains to doors, it is such an uncomfortable feeling having people watch you change.

The older manager possibly in her 60s was quite rude to engage with. Do not buy from here they do not honour their policies. Regional is also unhelpful. The team at harbour town is much better to deal with.

Recently had a very good experience shopping in this store. The girls were lovely and very helpful, it’s a very refreshing change. Thank you!
