Paid for a large ice coffee and got a small because they only have one size now but didn’t communicate this fact. Took 15 minutes (off peak) with really average service. Very, very disappointing. Won’t be coming back

Worst experience, bad rude serving staff. Asked for extra sugar, no one ever returned to give sugar. When I went to counter to get, staff girl Raj told me, no sorry not that she forgot to bring, rudely said it’s a short walk to come and pick sugar and I shud do it myself. My old mum asked for a glass of water, another girl who served said only got water comes from our tap, shud she serve hot water. Worst staff, worst service ever, bad behaviour, rude towards older people. Never going back and not recommending anyone either.

Handling money with gloves and utilising the same gloves touching/serving the food. Outlet is dirty not hygienic. Disappointed and turned off. Overall will not go back.

I go to Mrs Fields watergardens almost weekly to get their chocolate chip cookies, I always buy 5 and I'm always told I get an extra free which is great. I went the other day and was not offered or given the free cookie, which is fine, maybe he forgot. But today when I went I decided to go to the window of cookies and see if any other flavours appealed to me and upon looking I see a sign clear as day that says buy 3 get 1 free

Always going above and beyond with their service. Always making an effort even before they open to put orders through. Love their cheese toastys every morning! Good job team ❤️

Tea was nice and hot but unfortunately the jam and cheese roadie dogsbody arrive till i was nearly finished my tea. The roadie left a lot to be desired. The sandwich was miserable to look at and as flat as a pancake.
