Belvoir B&B Cottages

This B&B is amazing. The house 100+ years has been lovingly restored and decorated with authentic furniture and nic nacs. Every comfort has been anticipated. The generosity of the hosts is evidenced by the stocked kitchen, so much food is available - the freshly baked cake and cookies are the cherry on top. The rural setting is peaceful to relax and read a book or to watch the ponies graze in their paddocks. A 'must stay' accommodation.

Second visit. Enjoyed it so much first time I came back. Rented cottage 2 both times. Would have liked to try cottage 1,but unavailable for the times I wanted. May have to come back again for cottage 1

Great place to stay, everything you need plus the beautiful surroundings.

You would wake up by birds singing, then see lovely kangaroos having their breakfast through your windows in this antique cottage.

What an amazing little getaway cottage. My friend and I came to Grafton to play in the Clarence Valley Orchestra. From the moment we laid eyes upon our accommodation in Ivy cottage, we could not have been more impressed.The cleanliness of the cottage was absolutely impeccable. The attention to detail of homely touches was just delightful. The fridge was stocked with all manner of delectable breakfast foods including milk, juice, tinned fruit, eggs, bacon, bread, spreads, cookies, slices and chocolates. Tea and coffee provisions were more than adequate.The beds were so comfortable and beautifully appointed.The bathroom was a standout feature with the claw footed bath.Thank you so much for an incredible stay.

What a great place to stay. Wonderful people, quite location, close enough to everything but a wonderful country feel with kangaroos and ponies and the cottage was so well catered.

The most beautiful home away from home. Want for nothing. Home made goodies,juice,milk etc. Friendly horses & 2 alpacas. Comfortable bed & great bathroom.

What a fantastic place to stay! We stayed in the Ivy cottage with our 2 young boys, and it was idyllic. The beautiful cottage is so lovingly restored and everything is furnished with gorgeous period furnishings to make you feel like you were visiting your great grandmother. The house is clean and dust free, and the fridge is generously stocked with bacon and farm fresh eggs for breakfast, toast, juice, milk - there is cereal in the cupboard, and a tipple of port on the table for after dinner.The kids were greeted by their friendly ponies who trotted over to the yard (separated by a fence) for a pat, and we saw the kangaroos grazing at dawn.We will be back!
